Most products have a 14 day refund providing they are unused, unworn. Sales or clearances do not have have a 14 day refund. Intimate wear items may not be returned under any circumstances. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been removed from their packaging, have tags removed, or have been worn, washed or torn.
All returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (
RMA ). Please do not return any merchandise without obtaining a
RMA. In order to obtain a RMA along with return instructions and the correct return address.
Once your return is received and processed we will issue a credit within 4 weeks to the credit card used to make the purchase in the amount of the purchase price (
excluding shipping and handling charges). Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise. In order to ensure your return is safe and documented , send your package via a prepaid, insured and traceable method.
We apologize if we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise. If this happens to be the case, you will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the merchandise. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling charges for replacement merchandise. We will process replaced merchandise with the shipment method of the original order.
Please download the RMA form and fill out the information and mail in along with your returning item(s).
Returns and Exchanges
Simply contact us via email through the Contact Us form on our website including the following details: Order number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number or email address (extremely important if you do not know your order number), return reason and details of refund or replacement required, and one of our customer care team will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Code that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently.
Please note that you must obtain a Returns Authorization Code before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return.
We are sure you will be pleased with your order but if not, we are happy to refund or exchange items. For all lingerie returns, send the lingerie unworn with all labels intact within 14.
Please take care when unpacking & repacking. When trying briefs please ensure that is done over your own lingerie – we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit hence we recommend that when you send the goods back you ask for a free proof of posting or that you do it by registered post & retain proof of posting.
Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. We will not make refunds to a third party.
As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. The replacement items held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days and if your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
In the unlikely event that you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, please return the item to us together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. We will contact you as soon as we receive the item and offer you the most appropriate solution.
Please be aware that post and packing is not refundable.
Unfortunately Beauty Treasure® will not accept responsibility for the loss of packages or products sent back to us by a Customer that have been mislabelled.
